Terms & conditions

Last updated: July 2026

These terms govern your use of payhusk.com (the "Service"), a payment gateway for accepting the stablecoins USDT and USDC over the ERC-20, TRC-20 and BEP-20 networks. By creating an account you agree to them.

The Service

Payhusk issues payment invoices, provides deposit addresses, detects settlement on-chain, credits the corresponding amount to your merchant balance, and pays balances out to an address you control on request. Each invoice and its deposit address are valid for exactly one hour; payments arriving after expiry, in a different token, on a different network, or in a different amount than requested may be delayed, require manual review, or be unrecoverable.

Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials, API keys and webhook secrets confidential, and you are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter contracts and to receive digital-asset payments in your jurisdiction.

Balances and withdrawals

Your balance reflects settled invoices minus withdrawals. Withdrawals are sent to the address you supply; blockchain transfers are irreversible, and we are not able to recover funds sent to an address you entered incorrectly or on the wrong network. We may require identity verification before processing withdrawals and may hold or refuse a payout where the law or our compliance obligations require it. Network fees may be deducted from payouts.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for unlawful activity, including money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud, or the sale of illegal goods or services; from or on behalf of sanctioned persons or territories; or in any way that abuses, probes or disrupts the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts, decline transactions and report activity where we suspect a violation.

Fees

Accepting payments is free — no setup, monthly or per-invoice fees. We charge a flat fee of 0.1% of each withdrawal, deducted from the payout (request 1,000 USDT and 999.00 USDT is sent). On-chain network fees at payout may additionally apply depending on the network. Fee changes will be announced in advance in your dashboard.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". Blockchain networks are outside our control and we do not warrant uninterrupted availability, confirmation times, or the value or convertibility of any digital asset. Nothing on the Service is financial, legal or tax advice.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or losses caused by blockchain networks, forks, or third parties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Indemnity, termination, changes

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your use of the Service. You may close your account at any time after withdrawing your balance; we may suspend or terminate for breach, legal necessity or extended inactivity, in which case we will pay out remaining balances unless the law prevents it. We may update these terms and will give notice of material changes; continued use after notice means acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and disputes belong to the courts of [venue], unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. Contact: legal@payhusk.com.
